Register

  • On our site, we prefer that you register before completing any order so that you can follow up on all your orders firsthand, and modify delivery information if necessary.
  • We also send a copy of the order to you in the message section to check it out before delivery, and these features cannot be enjoyed unless you register on the site.

  • And most importantly, most of the requests that we receive contain a sum of money, so we prefer that you register on the site before completing the request to guarantee your right.

Delivery

  • Sometimes the order is not delivered for some reason, so we contact you by phone or e-mail in order to help us deliver the order to the person to whom the order is to be delivered in a timely manner.
  • We prefer to verify the numbers added in the delivery information, whether it is the sender’s number or the recipient’s number, because it is the most important piece of information we need to deliver the order.

  • In the event that the receiving party is not present at the address specified in the system, the package requested by the customer will not be delivered to any other place until confirmation from the sender. No additional fees will be calculated if the new delivery area is in the same range, but if the delivery is to another governorate, it will be Calculating an additional value on delivery fees.

  • If you do not know the address of the receiving party, there is an option (I do not know the address) on the payment page. We provided this option in order to facilitate the matter for you, in which you can add the number and name of the receiving party and the region only, and we will take the full address from it.

 

Cancelling order

  • If the order is canceled by you, we will refund the full amount if the order is not processed yet.
  • If the order is canceled after processing, we will deduct 50% of the coordination value, and the rest of the other options, such as jar of chocolate, acrylic phrases, delivery, cash gifts, and others, will be returned to you in full.

 

The Flowers

  • Sometimes some of the roses in the image are not available, so we replace it with another rose of the same value or more. In the end, we will try to make the coordination close to the images on our site.
  • It is known that rose colors vary from season to season, so we are not responsible for this difference, and you have no right to file a complaint about this matter.
